This is a primarily mobile role, and we welcome applications from candidates across Queensland.

The Opportunity – Mobile Repair Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for qualified Spray Painters ready to move beyond the traditional workshop.  You’ll be out on the road, working in different locations each day, completing repairs with clients who value the work you do, you get to see the smiles when you complete the repair, you do the job from start to finish— without the usual workshop politics.

You’ll carry out high-quality cosmetic repairs to vehicle’s that are usually under 3 years old, we take the paint shop to the client with jobs typically completed in 2–3 hours — keeping your day varied and productive.

We use premium systems including PPG Envirobase and Mirka, with all tools and equipment provided.

All work is assessed by qualified spray painters — ensuring realistic repair scopes and consistent expectations.  You’ll have full job visibility through our bespoke app, backed by a team who understand the trade and are there when needed.

You’ll work independently, with the confidence of knowing you’re properly supported.

Full training in mobile SMART repairs is provided.

About You

We’re looking for qualified spray painters who take pride in their work and are seeking a diverse, well-supported environment to apply their skills.  These roles suit a wide range of candidates, and we encourage applicants from all backgrounds who meet the below criteria.

You will bring:

• Trade qualification in spray painting with 2 or more years’ post-apprenticeship experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently

• Problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to learn and adapt

We may consider sponsorship takeover or new overseas applicants on a case-by-case basis.
