Roofing Specialist – National Insurance Works | Brisbane & Gold Coast

Townsend Building Services is expanding nationally, and we’re looking for experienced and qualified Roofers to join our specialist estimating team. This is an exciting opportunity to step off the tools into a professional role, working across a diverse portfolio of insurance projects with the backing of a respected national business.

Your Role:

• Conduct thorough roof inspections in line with industry and WHS standards

• Identify defects, non-compliance issues, and prepare detailed roof reports

• Deliver accurate insurance quotations and liaise with insurers and clients

• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards

About You:

• Trade-qualified Roofer with strong knowledge across metal, tile, and membrane roofing

• Proven experience preparing reports and insurance quotations

• Current White Card & Working at Heights accreditation

• Confident communicator who can engage with clients and stakeholders

• Current driver’s license and relevant trade licenses

• Experience using Prime highly regarded

• Willingness to travel as required
