Purpose & Scope

Lead mechanical engineering design and consultancy for advanced facilities projects, with a strong focus on data centers and critical environments. Provide technical leadership and ensure delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex mechanical services design projects and mechanical elements within larger programs.
• Collaborate with project teams and provide mentoring to junior engineers.
• Support proposals and client engagement for repeat work.
• Champion innovation and sustainability in mechanical design solutions.

Technical Focus

• HVAC systems, cooling solutions, and mechanical infrastructure for high-density data centers.
• Compliance with building services codes and advanced facilities standards.
• Integration with modular and scalable design approaches for rapid deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; professional registration (or eligibility).
• Extensive experience in mechanical design for advanced facilities (data centers, pharma, mission-critical).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and budget.
