Receptionist / Marketing

About the role

This is a varied role combining front-desk reception, patient communication, administration and social media marketing for a chiropractic clinic. You will be working on a casual basis, approximately 10–15 hours per week including Friday and Saturday mornings (can negotiate to take off one Saturday per month if required). As a chiropractic clinic, providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for patients is an important part of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional reception experience

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails

• Marketing and promotion of the clinic

• Managing appointments and patient information using Cliniko

• Processing payments and assisting with general clinic administration

• Keeping patient records and information organised and up to date

• Following up enquiries and patients by phone and email

• Taking photos and videos around the clinic for social media

• Creating and posting engaging content across Instagram and Facebook

• Creating Reels, Stories and behind-the-scenes content

About you

• Previous administration and/or marketing experience required

• Friendly, warm and personable, with excellent customer service skills

• Confident and professional on the phone

• Highly organised and reliable

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Confident using social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook

• Enjoys creating content, taking photos and videos and being involved in social media

• Creative and able to contribute ideas for growing an online presence

• Confident using computers and quick to learn new systems

• Comfortable using Canva, Cliniko and HICAPS or willing to learn

• Experience in creating google and meta adverts is highly desirable, but not essential
