About Us 🌸
Little Learners Speech Therapy is a paediatric mobile speech pathology service providing therapy across Sydney. We deliver services in a variety of settings including schools, preschools, client homes and via telehealth.
We are a small, friendly practice that values flexibility, support and clear communication with our therapists. You’ll work closely with our Director for scheduling, admin support and clinical coordination.
We are currently looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our supportive team on a contractor basis, ideally available 3–5 days per week. This role offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days, hours and caseload.
We are primarily seeking therapists to service Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and/or Western Sydney, although you are welcome to nominate your preferred areas to work across Sydney.
The Role
As a Speech Pathologist with Little Learners Speech Therapy, you will:
Conduct speech and language assessments
Develop individualised therapy and treatment plans
Deliver engaging therapy sessions for children with speech, language and communication disorders
Write reports and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers and other professionals to support the best outcomes for your clients

What You Need
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Working With Children Check
Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
Willingness to obtain an ABN
Willingness to obtain Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
Early career and experienced Speech Pathologists are welcome to apply.
