We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Courtesy Shuttle Driver to join our busy Brisbane team on a casual basis.

As one of the first people our customers will meet, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression of East Coast Car Rentals. You'll transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our branch while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude

• Transfer customers safely between the airport terminal and our branch

• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle vehicle

• Load and unload customer luggage as required

• Maintain communication with our shuttle dispatch team to optimise route efficiency

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times

• Follow all road rules, company policies, and safety procedures

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and diverse team

• Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle vehicle

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• A professional and well-presented appearance

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• A positive attitude and genuine team spirit

• The flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays when required

• The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling luggage

Previous experience in customer service, transport, hospitality, tourism, or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
