Site Supervisor – Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on commercial fit-outs, from small jobs to large multi-level projects with 20+ staff

• Coordinate with builders on site to hand over projects to the highest standard

• Liaise with EDV project managers on all site-based aspects of the project

• Work on the tools as required

• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, head contractors, other trades, and clients

• Manage day-to-day ordering of materials, deliveries, and resources

• Bring a genuine desire to grow and excel in an evolving industry

Site Tradesman & Service Technician – Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day work across commercial fit-outs and maintenance contracts — from one-off service calls to large multi-level projects

• Coordinate with the supervisor to hand over all work to the highest standard

• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, head contractors, other trades, and clients

• Supervise and mentor apprentices as they progress toward becoming qualified tradesmen

• Lead apprentices and other tradesmen in completing allocated tasks within the wider project

• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised across multiple projects

• Bring a genuine desire to grow and excel in an evolving industry

What You'll Need

• Current Qualified Supervisor's (QS) Licence or NSW Electrical Contractors Licence

• Strong understanding of office data cabling, including Cat6, Cat6A, and fibre optic networks

• Proven supervisory experience within the industry

• Knowledge of data and fibre testing requirements using Fluke DSX-5000 cable testers

• Solid understanding of lighting control systems — C-Bus, Dynalite, and KNX

• Experience with critical infrastructure systems, including UPS units

• Experience across all aspects of switchboard works

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• A proven track record in a similar role
