About the jobSoftware Developers handle the full technical lifecycle—from analysis and development to support—while collaborating with Business Analysts who manage customer requirements. The team also supports Odoo partners directly, making strong English communication skills essential. We value collaboration, adaptability, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Working toolsProgramming languages: Python & JavaScript
Database: PostgreSQL (with object-relational mapping)
Collaboration platform: GitHub
Development model: Open with external community
Framework: Odoo (ORM, Workflows, Report Engine, BI, AI)
Build high-quality applications
Collaborate on innovative and impactful projects
Take ownership of the solutions you develop
Work hands-on with the software you design and code
Provide technical support to existing customers regarding bugs or system errors
Maintain and refactor existing code and customisations
Provide support for clients upgrading to the latest Odoo versions
Train partners on best practices for Odoo implementation
Work on R&D projects aimed at localising Odoo for the ANZ market
