Terminal Attendant

MinRes operates one of Australia's most active private aviation terminals, moving FIFO workforces safely and efficiently every day. As a Terminal Attendant at the MinRes Air terminal, you'll be the first face passengers see — setting the tone for their entire journey to site.

The Role

Reporting to the Terminal Lead, you'll work across the drop-off zone, car park, and terminal facilities to keep passenger movements safe, orderly, and running on time.

Permanent Part time role with shifts being from 7am-11am and 3pm-7pm, Monday to Friday. 

Day to day, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing vehicle and pedestrian flow in drop-off and car park areas, directing traffic and monitoring stopping-time compliance
• Providing concierge-style assistance to passengers — guiding them on terminal access, check-in locations, and available services
• Ensuring traffic management plans and safety procedures are followed, and communicating incidents or hazards to terminal staff
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across all passenger and staff areas, including washrooms, walkways, and high-touch surfaces

What You'll Bring

• A current Traffic Management certification in line with WA state requirements desirable
• Experience in a customer-facing role within aviation, transport, hospitality, or a similar high-traffic environment desirable
• Practical understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and operational risk management
• Clear, professional communication skills — you're comfortable engaging with a broad mix of people under time pressure
• Reliability and attention to detail when completing patrols, facility checks, and incident reporting
