Senior Stat Programmer

What You’ll Do

• Lead Complex Projects: Plan, coordinate, and oversee programming activities for complex clinical studies, serving as Programming Team Lead for assigned projects. Own the programming lifecycle from database integration to statistical outputs.
• Innovate with Purpose: Design and implement advanced macros, tools, and process improvements that elevate programming efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with statisticians, data managers, and clients to deliver seamless, high-quality results. Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to complex project challenges.
• Mentor & Guide: Share your expertise with junior programmers and help shape the future of our programming team.
• Drive Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Develop and maintain programming specifications, documentation, and other study-related deliverables.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in statistical programming within clinical trials.
• Advanced SAS programming skills (Base SAS, SAS Graph, SAS Macro).
• Experience with R programming and ADNCA for PK analysis will be considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of clinical data, statistical principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical challenges, lead technical initiatives, and adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and industry standards.
