The Role

We are seeking a HVAC Site Supervisor to join our project team to assist with the supervision and coordination of air conditioning and mechanic services projects in Perth.

The role involves supervising sub-contractors, in-house labour, and suppliers during installation projects, ensuring that all work aligns with approved plans and standards.

This includes limited hands-on installation work, coordination with clients or builders, and providing support to project managers to deliver quality projects on time.

Key Competencies

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Experience working in a high performing multi-disciplinary team

• Relevant trade qualification, e.g. Refrigeration Mechanic, Electrician

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, mechanical drawings, standards and plant operating instructions and a demonstrated knowledge of Essential Safety Measures and associated standards and regulations.

• Clear verbal and written communication, including email applications

• Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills

• A valid driving licence is a condition of employment.

• Demonstrated commitment to Safety Management, Compliance and Quality assured outcomes.
