The Role: 

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the practice 

• Manage workflow allocation, team productivity and staff performance 

• Work closely with Partners to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth 

• Lead quality assurance, compliance and best practice initiatives 

• Manage client service standards and ensure delivery excellence 

• Identify and implement process improvements across the business 

• Support staff leadership, mentoring, and team development 

• Contribute to practice administration and broader business management functions 

About You: 

• Proven management experience within public practice accounting or professional services 

• Strong leadership, operational and business management capability 

• Experience overseeing compliance, workflow and team performance 

• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence 

• Qualifications in Accounting, Business or related discipline highly regarded 

• CA / CPA or relevant professional services background advantageous
