Dispatch and Customer Service Officer

In the role, you will:

• Liaise with transport companies and customers for the pick-up and delivery of goods
  
• Update customers on expected ETA’s and delays
  
• Send proof of delivery to the customer
  
• Work with the warehouse team to prepare orders for dispatch
  
• Update back order and dispatch reports
  
• Obtain quotes from transport companies for urgent deliveries
  
• Investigate delivery issues and customer claims on short deliveries or damaged stock
  
• Review internal systems to locate stock from interstate warehouses 
  

Requirements

To be considered, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years dispatching and warehousing experience
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Experience liaising with transport companies
