Experienced HVAC Trade Assistant / Air Conditioning Installer

We are looking for someone reliable, experienced and confident working across residential air conditioning installations. There is consistent work available, generally a minimum of 4 days per week, with the opportunity for additional days as workload requires.

About the role:

• Installation of ducted and split-system air conditioning
• Rough-ins, fit-offs and complete installations
• Working alongside our lead tradesman and other team members
• Residential work across Sydney
• Troubleshooting and general HVAC works where required

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on HVAC experience
• Demonstrated experience installing ducted and split systems
• Able to work efficiently and to a high standard
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a small team
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• White Card
• Relevant licences/tickets where applicable
• Own tools preferred, particularly for subcontractors

Employment options:We are open to either an experienced subcontractor with an ABN or casual employment for the right person.

Hours: Generally minimum 4 days per week, Monday–Friday.

Pay: Negotiable based on experience, qualifications and whether engaged as a casual employee or subcontractor.

We’re a small, growing air-conditioning business and are looking for someone who can become a reliable long-term part of the team.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
