Chef - Brisbane Airport

We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to support a busy production kitchen preparing and cooking large volumes of meals. The role is based with a well-established inflight catering provider located near the Brisbane Airport, operating in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality and presentation.Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including the "clean as you go" policy.Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and follow daily schedules set by management.Monitoring food quality and compliance to ensure all products meet customer expectations and required standards.Supporting the training and supervision of kitchen staff, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with yield testing of products during preparation.

What We're Looking For

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essentialFlexible availability across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAbility to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol ScreeningStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentA reliable, safety-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
