Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised while delivering great customer experiences?

We're looking for a customer-focused and highly organised team member to join our CareComplete team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting eligible Medibank members access a free health and wellbeing program, while managing a variety of administration activities that keep our service running smoothly.

This role offers plenty of variety and we're looking for someone who can commence as soon as possible. You'll spend your day managing customer enrolments, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, responding to shared mailbox enquiries and supporting customer interactions. You'll also have the opportunity to be trained and developed in the member engagement and sales side of the role, helping eligible members understand the benefits of the program and supporting them through the enrolment process. If you're highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

You might already have the skills for this role if you…

• Have experience in an administration, customer service, contact centre or coordination role
• Can manage multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in getting things right the first time
• Are confident learning new systems, processes and technology
• Have strong organisational and time management skills
• Enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Are comfortable adapting to changing priorities and ways of working
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues
• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving customer enquiries
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Are open to developing your skills in customer engagement and outbound calling

What you'll be doing

• Managing customer enrolments and administration activities
• Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems
• Managing enquiries through shared team mailboxes
• Creating and updating customer cases
• Supporting inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Learning how to promote and enrol eligible members into our health and wellbeing program
• Following established processes and procedures with a high degree of accuracy
• Balancing administration responsibilities with customer engagement activities
• Supporting the wider team to deliver positive customer outcomes
