We are proudly partnering with a growing Brisbane based Community OT service provider, who are looking to grow their team by an additional 2-3 OTs.  You can be based anywhere from the Sunshine Coast through to the Gold Coast and everywhere in Brisbane in between. 

Offering total flexibility, you can choose from part of full-time hours and also work from home whenever you're not seeing clients. Most clinicians in the team work from home 3 days per week and spend 2 days on the road. As this role offers both autonomy while still having great team connectivity, it can suit both an early career OT who needs strong supervision and support as well as an experienced / accomplished OT who may want more flexibility and have full control over their week.  

Key areas of the role are:

• Working closely with clients and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
• Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
• Report writing days and telehealth 
• Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Speech + Psych) to provide holistic care plans
• Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives

You will enjoy a varied caseload covering NDIS and aged care primarily, so will be supporting clients across the full age range. 

The successful candidate will have

• Current registration with AHPRA as an OT or eligibility for general reg 
• All experience levels welcome
• Strong passion for variety and working wiht clients across the full life span
• Access to your own vehicle 

Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $76k - $100k + super + vehicle allowance. Our client is also open to sponsoring candidates.
