We’re partnering with a well-established, growing MSP looking for a strong Level 3 Engineer to join a collaborative technical team.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling L2/L3 escalations across infrastructure, cloud, and networking
• Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy administration
• Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and backup/DR 
• Networking support - routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPN
• Involvement in project work including migrations and deployments
• Helping lift the capability of junior engineers around you

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' MSP experience – essential
• Australian Permanent Residency – essential
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong Microsoft stack across M365, Azure / Entra ID and Intune
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Experience with cyber security tools would be highly regarded
