Medical Receptionist (GP)

Family owned and operated private billing General Practice in Buddina & Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. 2 part time positions or 1 x full time for ongoing further expansion.

Your positive, friendly and proactive approach, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detail will add value to a team focused on high-quality, patient-centered primary healthcare. 

You will have a thorough knowledge of General Practice Reception, including:

• Excellent communication skills - essential;

• Ability to prioritise tasks and good time management;

• Understanding of MBS, DVA & private practice billings;

• Best Practice Software (advantage);

• Computer skills essential.

Key Criteria:

• Recent experience as Medical Receptionist

• Ability to comply with privacy and confidentiality standards.

• Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise tasks;

• Current CPR certificate

• Reliable and flexible.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with patients and medical professionals.
