The role is 30hrs/week Mon-Fri permanent part-time within the Customer Service Department and includes supporting activities within the Marketing department.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High level of organisation, attention to detail and time management skills

• Pride in providing the highest level of Customer Service

• Confidence with concise verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in communicating with customers, qualifying needs and processing orders

• Computer literacy with essential skills in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage

You will be aided with extensive in-house training and guided by a strong and supporting team to equip you with all the tools you need to deliver impeccable support to our team.
