About the role

Lead field survey operations and deliver precise, reliable data across some of Australia's most complex and high-profile projects backed by Fyfe's national network and cutting-edge technology.

As a Senior Surveyor you'll take ownership of survey programs from planning through to delivery, mentor junior team members, and act as a trusted technical point of contact for clients. You'll work on a flexible FIFO roster out of Perth alongside Fyfe's experienced project managers.

What you'll be doing

• Lead topographic, engineering and 3D laser scanning surveys across major projects
• Manage direct client relationships and collaborate closely with project managers
• Guide and mentor junior surveyors, contributing to team capability and quality
• Flexible FIFO roster options, based out of Perth

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in surveying with demonstrated senior-level experience
• Strong working knowledge of Australian standards and relevant legislation
• Proven ability to lead technical programs and manage client relationships
• High attention to detail, organised approach, and clear communication
• Hands-on experience with 3D laser scanners, Trimble GPS, RTS and Trimble Business Centre (preferred)
