Dealer Business Manager

Mazda Australia is seeking an ambitious Dealer Business Manager to partner with metropolitan and regional Victorian dealerships, driving commercial performance, customer experience and growth while building trusted relationships. This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role with influence and visibility across the Mazda network.

What you’ll do:

As the key link between Mazda Australia and our dealer network, you’ll work closely with dealership leadership teams and our Victorian State Office to drive sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving dealership performance by developing tailored, data-driven strategies that improve sales, market share, customer experience and profitability.

• Partnering with Dealer Principals and senior leaders as a trusted commercial advisor, identifying opportunities, challenging thinking and driving meaningful business outcomes.

• Translating Mazda strategy into action, leading key initiatives across sales, service, parts, digital marketing, accessories and customer experience.

• Leveraging market and performance insights to identify risks, opportunities and growth strategies across your portfolio of metropolitan and regional Victorian dealerships.

• Building high-impact dealer relationships through dealership visits, collaboration and a deep understanding of each business and its unique opportunities.

About You:

We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused automotive professional who is ready to influence performance and make a meaningful impact across the Mazda dealer network. You’ll bring a strong drive to achieve results, build trusted partnerships and turn strategy into action.

Key requirements:

• Commercially driven and results-focused, with strong strategic and analytical thinking.

• A confident relationship builder, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders and business owners.

• Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to turn insights and strategy into measurable outcomes.

• Adaptable and customer-focused, with relevant commercial experience and a genuine passion for automotive.

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline (essential).
