Our Client
Our client is a product-based business that manages inventory, customer order fulfilment and distribution from its Laverton VIC warehouse. The business is seeking a capable Warehouse Manager to keep goods moving accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe, organised operation.

The Role
This is a practical role for someone who enjoys being hands-on while taking ownership of the full warehouse function. You will coordinate daily workflow, inventory, freight and order dispatch, supervise staff as required and identify ways to improve efficiency, accuracy and safety.

• Organise daily warehouse operations, workflow, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing freight with suppliers and couriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect and store goods and prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Train and support warehouse team members and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Improve warehouse systems, order accuracy, productivity and stock control.

About You

• Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory-management experience.
• Hands-on experience across picking, packing, receiving and dispatch.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Basic computer and administrative skills, with clear communication and practical judgement.
• Current driver licence; supervisory experience and a forklift licence are desirable.
