As BlueFit prepares to step into operations at Holsworthy Swim Centre, we are building a vibrant, community-focused team from the ground up! We are on the hunt for energetic, reliable, and passionate Learn to Swim Instructors to inspire water confidence and safety across our local community.

What the Role is Really About

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you are the heart of our aquatic programs. You’ll deliver fun, engaging, and high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels—from tiny tots taking their first splash to squad swimmers refining their technique.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Engaging Lessons: Deliver structured, safe, and fun swimming instruction aligned with the BlueFit Learn to Swim curriculum.

• Student Progression: Track student milestones, encourage water confidence, and provide clear feedback to parents and guardians.

• Safety First: Maintain active supervision, follow safety guidelines, and ensure a warm, supportive pool environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teachers:

• Valid Swim Australia, AUSTSWIM, or Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher Certification

• Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)

• Current Working with Children Check (Employee)

• Don't have your qualification yet? BlueFit offers fully supported training pathways to help you get certified and onto the pool deck with confidence. All you need is a passion for teaching, a strong swimming foundation, and a great attitude!
