We’re seeking an energetic and people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead the team at Anytime Fitness Logan Reserve

Your Responsibilities

• Managing Social Media, creating content and managing posts
• Support the Club Manager in daily operations and sales performance
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
• Assist with staff scheduling, coaching, and goal achievement
• Engage members and build local community connections
• Execute local marketing and social media initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and high-energy club environmentStep up to lead when the Club Manager is away

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership (fitness industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive
• Passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth

Requirements

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Availability for rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
