We support young people and their children who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness, to secure and maintain housing, address physical and mental health challenges, establish successful relationships and support networks, and access pathways to education and employment. Are you seeking a role with a values-driven for purpose organisation where you can support young people in our community? Apply your therapeutic skills to help young people reduce family conflict and develop positive relationships.
This position provides support to young people aged 12-15 years who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, and their families. This role conducts weekly to fortnightly sessions with Young People and their families, using therapeutic tools and practice to facilitate the reunification of young people and their families through conflict resolution and improved relationships. The role may require visits to be conducted off site to support young people and their families.
