SALES & RETAIL ASSISTANT

SAYA Skincare is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Retail Assistant to join our team.We’re looking for someone who is confident with customers, enjoys sales, has great energy and is passionate about building strong relationships with both retail and B2B clients.The role includes:Full-time coverage and support of our retail storeFollowing up with B2B clients and sales opportunitiesResponding to email enquiries and stockist requestsFollowing up with existing clients and building strong relationshipsManaging Shopify enquiries and providing excellent customer serviceHandling returns and exchangesSupporting retail customer loyalty and follow-upWe’re looking for someone who:Has previous retail experience — this is a mustHas experience using ShopifyHas a positive attitude and a genuine interest in salesIs confident communicating with customers and business clientsIs organised, proactive and detail-orientedCan work independently while being part of a small, growing teamHas a passion for skincare, beauty or wellness — a strong plus!If you’re a people person, love sales and enjoy creating great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
