Join the Founding Team of a New Pre‑Preparatory School in Epping

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a Drama specialism to join the founding team of a brand‑new pre‑preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is ideal for a Primary Drama Teacher who brings energy, imagination and a deep understanding of early childhood development and who has previous pre‑prep school experience.

As a Primary Drama Teacher, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, strong routines and a thoughtful, modern‑traditional ethos. You will introduce young learners to drama through storytelling, role‑play, movement, expression and early performance skills, ensuring lessons are joyful, structured and developmentally appropriate within a beautifully designed environment.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from a Primary Drama Teacher who:

• Holds QTS with a strong academic background in Drama, Theatre Studies or Performing Arts

• Has previous pre‑prep school experience (essential)

• Understands early drama development, expressive arts progression and confidence‑building techniques

• Values calm, structured, joyful learning

• Brings warmth, creativity and professionalism

• Is excited to help build a new school community from the ground up
