Senior Retail Coordinator - Chermside & North Lakes

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Retail Coordinator to support our stores at Chermside & North Lakes in QLD.

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to step up, take ownership and be a key part of the day-to-day running of the stores.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a practical, on-the-floor role where you will be actively involved in all areas of store operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service and driving sales
• Processing transactions and handling day-to-day store operations
• Supporting store presentation and visual merchandising
• Assisting with stock organisation and management
• Completing banking and operational tasks
• Supporting vendor relationships and in-store experience
• Assisting with bump-ins and store changes
• Supporting and guiding retail team members

You’ll be working across both locations and helping ensure the stores run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard.

You will:

• Have previous retail experience
• Be confident speaking with customers and making sales
• Be reliable, organised and proactive
• Take pride in store presentation and standards
• Be comfortable taking initiative and supporting others
• Enjoy being hands-on and involved throughout your shift
