Account Manager NSW - Timber $180k + OTE

Arrow Executive Sales is partnering with an established supplier of timber and panel products to recruit an experienced Account Manager for NSW.

This role is about building strong customer relationships, growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across a well-established product range. You'll work closely with resellers, manufacturers, fabricators and other industry customers, helping them find the right solutions while delivering reliable service and support.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, understands the building products market and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and growing an existing customer base
• Developing new business opportunities
• Building relationships with resellers, manufacturers and fabrication partners
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive great service
• Travelling to regional areas 1-3 nights per month

What we're looking for

You may already be selling timber products, or come from a related industry such as building materials, joinery, hardware, glass and aluminium, cabinetry or construction supplies. [This is essential.]

Most importantly, you'll bring

• Proven sales or account management experience, min 2 years
• Timber or relevant industry product knowledge
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A track record of winning and retaining customers
• Confidence managing your own territory and sales activity
• A practical, customer-focused approach
