About the role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Machine Operator to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure the efficient, safe, and consistent production of high-quality chilled meals.

You will play a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring all products meet strict food safety and quality standards.

The role will be for our Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:15am - 2:21pm

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

Machine Operation & Production

• Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with SOPs
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for daily production runs

Food Safety & Quality Control

• Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures at all times
• Conduct routine quality checks during production (weight, appearance, seal integrity, etc.)

Efficiency & Output

• Work towards daily production targets and KPIs
• Support continuous flow of production lines by coordinating with team members

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic machine adjustments and first-level fault finding
• Report equipment issues promptly to maintenance teams

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and quality teams
• Communicate issues clearly to ensure minimal disruption to production

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environment (preferred)
• Experience operating production machinery or packaging equipment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a chilled production environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
