We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Store Manager to lead our beautiful Belrose Boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and achieving strong commercial results.

You'll lead a team of 3–5 casual team members, creating a positive, customer-focused culture while taking ownership of your boutique's performance. Supported by an experienced leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to run your store with confidence while receiving ongoing coaching, training and professional development.

We are open to appointing either a Full-Time Store Manager or a Part-Time Store Manager (4 days per week) for the right candidate.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Belrose Boutique. Your focus will be driving sales performance, achieving budgets and KPIs, and growing the business through exceptional leadership, customer engagement and operational excellence.

You will inspire and develop your team while ensuring every customer enjoys the warm, personalised service that defines the Zjoosh experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPIs.

• Drive business growth through exceptional customer service and service-led selling.

• Build strong customer relationships and engage with the local community.

• Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–5 casual team members.

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, receiving and replenishment.

• Prepare rosters and manage wages within allocated budgets.

• Recruit, onboard and develop future talent.

• Collaborate closely with Head Office and the wider retail leadership team.

About You

You're an inspiring retail leader who enjoys developing people just as much as achieving results.

You lead by example, bring energy to your team, confidence to your customers, and a commercial mindset to your business. You are organised, hands-on and passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.

You'll also bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a retail management role.

• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow store performance.

• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.

• A passion for customer service, styling and retail excellence.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, gifting or specialty retail will be highly regarded.
