About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Melbourne Emporium boutique. This is a shop-floor job. You will serve patients, sell frames and lenses, keep the floor right, and support the store manager and optometrist. Mandarin speaking preferred. Cantonese is useful, not required.

You will work closely with the store team and optometrists, and you will be part of a busy Melbourne Emporium store that serves a diverse local community.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet patients and run a proper consult on the floor

• Sell frames and lenses to target

• Fit, adjust and book follow-ups

• Keep the store presentation and stock tight

• Support daily clinic operations

About you

• Retail or optical sales experience (optical preferred, not required)

• Mandarin speaking preferred

• Comfort on commission/KPI

• Weekend availability

• Right to work in Australia
