Product Marketing Manager - PLG & Growth

What's the job about?
  
Are you a product marketer who thrives on driving digital growth? Join us at Ansarada to take ownership of the self-serve customer journey and accelerate adoption, monetisation and expansion. You will shape how we educate customers on the website and in the product, design onboarding flows that convert, and create campaigns that move users from first sign up to power user.
  
This is a highly visible, hands-on role. You will work directly inside the product experience with pop ups, emails and prompts, while also leading the go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches. 

In this role, you will:

• Develop product value propositions, competitive differentiation and integrated narratives for new and existing features.
• Partner with product, growth and digital teams to improve website education, onboarding flows, in-app messaging and help content.
• Design and deliver in-product pop ups, onboarding emails, adoption campaigns and upgrade prompts to drive usage and revenue.
• Contribute to commercial model evolution and support go-to-market for new plans.
• Lead our customer review strategy; gather feedback, testimonials and case studies to build trust and social proof.
• Create battlecards, feature briefs, videos and playbooks so teams can communicate value with confidence.
• Partner with acquisition team to design to craft creative campaigns and assets that drive acquisition and expansion.
• Research customers, competitors and industry trends to influence roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Track adoption, engagement and conversion metrics; feed insights into go-to-market and PLG strategy.

 Experience that will help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven experience working in a PLG motion, with a focus on driving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth through self-serve strategies.
• Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and driving measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience creating digital growth tactics such as in-app messaging, onboarding flows and product education emails, using tool like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and product analytics tools.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric value propositions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, particularly C-suite and dealmakers.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, research, and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
