Crowd Controllers & Security Officers

Aries Security is expanding and we’re looking for reliable, professional Crowd Controllers and Security Officers to join our growing team across Western Australia.

We currently have opportunities available across:

• Perth Metro

• Fremantle Entertainment Precinct

• Kalgoorlie – DIDO Crowd Control opportunities

• Licensed venues, pubs and entertainment venues

• Events and functions

• Static security and other security assignments

Whether you're an experienced Crowd Controller looking for consistent work or a licensed security professional wanting to join a strong team with opportunities to develop, we want to hear from you.

Depending on your experience, availability and location, duties may include:

• Crowd control at licensed venues and entertainment precincts

• Monitoring entry, exits and patron behaviour

• Maintaining a safe environment for patrons, staff and the public

• De-escalating incidents and managing difficult situations professionally

• RSA and venue policy enforcement

• Conducting patrols and monitoring designated areas

• Responding to and reporting security incidents

• Working alongside venue management, event organisers and other security personnel

• Providing professional and approachable customer service

• Static guarding and general security duties where required

Kalgoorlie DIDO Opportunities

We are also seeking Crowd Controllers interested in DIDO work in Kalgoorlie.

These opportunities are suited to guards who are comfortable travelling for work and are looking to pick up regional crowd control assignments in addition to metro work. (Accommodation and food allowance provided)

• Hold a current WA Security Officer and/or Crowd Controller Licence

• Hold current First Aid and CPR certification

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Can confidently de-escalate situations

• Remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

• Are reliable and punctual

• Maintain a professional standard of presentation

• Work well as part of a team

• Are available for evening, night and weekend work

• Have reliable transport

• Are interested in ongoing and regular security work

Previous crowd control or licensed venue experience is highly regarded, although applicants looking to further develop their security career are also encouraged to apply.
