Position Purpose

You will be responsible for delivering professional cleaning services across a range of environments, including private homes of elderly and vulnerable clients.

This role requires discretion, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport with clients who rely on Team Scrubs for consistent and trustworthy service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality residential cleaning services
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and living areas
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Spot cleaning and detailed surface cleaning
• Follow infection control and hygiene standards
• Maintain client privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times
• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients
• Travel between job sites as required
• Represent Team Scrubs professionally at all times
• Other agreed cleaning or home services as arranged with the client (e.g. folding laundry, making beds, interior window cleaning, etc.)

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Professional, punctual and reliable work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment if required
• Legal right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded

• Professional residential or commercial cleaning experience

Reporting To

You’ll work directly with the founders in a growing local business.

Pay

• $35.84 per hour (inc Super)
• Paid travel between jobs
• 0.99c mileage reimbursement (between office and client sites, when using own vehicle)
• Paid training provided
• Uniforms supplied
• Opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance
