Business Development Representative | Option for full or part-time | SaaS
Unbound Systems, a brand of Aluminium Industries (Ai), offers software for manufacturers and distributors built by people who've worked in manufacturing themselves. Our modules (eCommerce, CRM, Product Configurator) help Australian manufacturers and distributors manage their businesses better.
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join us on to drive our outbound sales engine. This is a full-time role, but we're open to someone looking for a part-time position.
You'll own the front end of our sales funnel, building a market map of SYSPRO users across Australia, generating qualified opportunities, and booking demos for our sales team to close.
What you'll do:Build and maintain a complete market map of SYSPRO ERP customers in AustraliaGenerate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn to manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale businessesQualify prospects and book introductory demos with decision makersManage post-demo follow-up and pipeline nurturingSupport webinar and event campaignsFeed market intelligence back to the team to sharpen our sales strategy
What you'll bring:Minimum 2 years in an outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or telesales role, with a track record of hitting call and meeting-booking targetsA confident, professional phone manner and strong qualifying skillsSales resilience, you navigate "no" without losing momentumExcellent written and verbal communication, and the discipline to keep every lead movingExperience selling B2B technology/software, and familiarity with CRM tools, is a plusInterest in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale sectors highly regardedMust have rights to live and work in Australia
