About the Role
We're seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our growing team across multiple Melbourne venues. If you're a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, premium venues and loves developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

• Previous management or leadership experience in a busy restaurant, bar or premium hospitality venue
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading busy service periods with confidence
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness, including budgeting and achieving business targets
• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems such as Deputy (or similar)
• Experience using H&L POS (or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and rotating opening and closing shifts
