Work across two hospital sites within a diverse and fast-paced healthcare environment.
Support pharmacy staff with workforce, payroll, rostering and leave administration.
Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, corporate teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to quality improvement and streamlined administrative processes.

What you'll be doing
As the Pharmacy Administration Officer, you will be a key point of contact for the department, ensuring day-to-day administrative and operational activities run smoothly. You will use your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and initiative to coordinate multiple priorities and provide high-quality support to the Pharmacy team.
Coordinate administration including records, correspondence, meetings, minutes, procurement and invoicing.
Manage workforce administration including timesheets, HealthRoster, leave planners, ADO registers and recruitment support.
Maintain accurate departmental records, databases, HPRMCM and information systems.
Provide professional customer service and liaise with staff, stakeholders and other hospital departments.
Maintain pharmacy webpages and digital content while supporting quality improvement and efficient work practices.

Demonstrated experience in advanced workforce and office administration, including payroll processing, leave management, records management, procurement, invoicing and maintaining administrative databases and spreadsheets.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement and problem-solving skills, particularly when managing confidential information, resolving administrative issues and responding to changing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and provide customer-focused service, establishing effective working relationships with staff, managers and external stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and experience using electronic information and workforce management systems to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills including written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience producing a range of high quality business correspondence (agendas, minutes, reports and department correspondence).
Understanding of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, NSW Health policies, systems and administrative processes, including records management, procurement and workforce administration requirements.
