The impact you'll have:
Information is one of PICA Group's most valuable assets. In this role, you'll help improve the way business information is stored, managed, protected and shared across our Microsoft 365 environment.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll strengthen SharePoint governance, improve information management practices and support the migration of business data into secure, well-structured solutions that enable better collaboration and decision-making.
What you'll do:
Optimise and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries and document structures.
Lead file migrations from network drives and legacy platforms into SharePoint.
Improve permissions, access controls and site ownership across the business.
Establish governance standards for naming conventions, retention and document management.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, practical and easy-to-use solutions.
What you'll bring:
Strong hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Experience managing permissions, site structures and information architecture.
Knowledge of governance, retention, compliance and document management practices.
Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Microsoft Purview, DLP, PowerShell, Teams, OneDrive or Azure Files will be highly regarded.
