Dental Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental assistant who is ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of our growing practice.

Working closely with our lead dentists and Practice Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while driving clinical excellence, improving workflows, mentoring our clinical team, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the practice.

About the Role

As Clinical Lead Dental Assistant, you will:

• Chairside assisting across a wide range of general and advanced dental procedures.

• Lead and support our team of dental assistants to maintain the highest clinical standards.

• Work alongside our lead dentists to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to improve clinical workflows, systems and efficiencies.

• Assist with implementing new clinical protocols and procedures.

• Mentor, train and support new and existing clinical team members.

• Maintain infection control standards and ensure compliance with current guidelines.

• Manage clinical stock, equipment maintenance and surgery presentation.

• Contribute ideas that improve the patient experience and support the continued growth of the practice.

• Has significant experience as a Dental Assistant.
