Senior Talent Business Partner, Ongoing opportunities based in Sydney CBD, Parramatta or Gosford, with hybrid working options available About the team SafeWork NSW is looking for a motivated
Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to lead a small team while remaining hands on in
the delivery of talent acquisition services. This is a genuine hybrid role
where you'll coach and support your team while also partnering directly with
stakeholders and managing recruitment activity, particularly for complex,
critical and hard to fill roles. Talent Acquisition sits within the People
and Corporate Services Directorate, a high performing and collaborative team
that supports SafeWork NSW through functions including People and Culture,
Organisational Development, Finance, Media and Communications, Stakeholder
Engagement and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We pride ourselves on
building strong relationships, working collaboratively and finding better ways
of doing things. This role will suit someone who is people focused, enjoys
stakeholder engagement and is passionate about delivering great recruitment
outcomes and candidate experiences. You will partner closely with business
leaders to understand workforce needs, implement workforce planning approaches
and deliver contemporary talent solutions that support organisational
priorities. You'll help foster a business partnering mindset within your team,
bring innovative approaches to attraction and assessment, including assessment
centres where appropriate, and contribute to the continuous improvement of
recruitment processes, systems and practices. Working closely with the Manager Talent
Acquisition and your peers, you'll play an important role in shaping a
contemporary Talent Acquisition function while building trusted relationships
across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $133,348 base plus superannuation
