Are you an experienced WHS leader looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact across a diverse and growing organisation?
Join a highly successful, vertically integrated Tasmanian agri-food business with a strong commitment to sustainable practices, operational excellence, and the wellbeing of its people. With significant growth on the horizon, this important leadership role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the organisation's Work Health & Safety strategy across multiple sites.
Reporting closely to senior leadership, you will lead the ongoing development and implementation of the company's WHS strategy and management systems while ensuring compliance with all legislative obligations.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic influence with practical engagement across a broad range of operational environments. Working alongside site leaders and management teams, you will drive proactive risk management, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help foster a positive safety culture across a geographically dispersed workforce.
You'll inherit a mature and well-established WHS framework that is already embedded within business processes, allowing you to focus on strengthening capability, managing critical risks, and supporting the organisation through its next phase of growth.
You are an experienced WHS professional with a proven ability to influence and partner with leaders across complex operational environments. You combine strong technical expertise with a collaborative and practical approach, enabling you to build trust and drive positive outcomes at all levels of the business.
