We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Health & Safety Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in embedding a strong safety culture across the business.
This is more than just a compliance role. It’s an opportunity to influence and empower leaders and drive meaningful, risk-focused safety outcomes in the Regional business.
Your Opportunity
This is a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane’s CBD with a starting base salary of $135,199 plus 12.75% superannuation. You must be able to travel regularly as part of the role.
As a Senior Health & Safety Business Partner, you’ll work across regional Queensland, partnering with operational leaders and frontline teams to drive safety improvements where they matter most. You’ll support the delivery of key outcomes through the implementation of the Safety and Environment Management Systems (SEMS), while also maintaining an in-field presence completing audits, participating in safety meetings, facilitating risk workshops and supporting incident investigations. With regular travel throughout the region, you’ll build strong, on-the-ground relationships and see the real impact of your work firsthand.
