IT/Technical Officer

Bowden Liberatore (BL3) is a modern accounting and taxation company located in Darra, Queensland.

BL3 consists of dedicated and talented professionals who work in a dynamic and supportive environment to deliver superior service to clients. To do this, we are a highly automated organisation that uses a mix of technology, combined with high end networks, and documented processes.

The Role

Due to an exciting period of growth and expansion, BL3 is looking for an enthusiastic person to be part of our network and systems operations. Ideally an IT Graduate, or Undergraduate, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, learning, and working with other professionals. In addition, you will work closely with all members of the BL3 team, and contribute to ongoing development including AI initiatives.

Key Duties

• Be part of the IT and systems processes and development at BL3.

• Troubleshooting IT issues for quick resolution to enable optimum production.

• Work closely with other departments to develop SOPs and policies/procedures.

• Reviewing processes to ensure documentation and procedures remain up to date.

• Supporting the safe and practical use of AI tools across BL3.

• Collaborate with staff for ongoing IT/technical improvements at BL3.

• Liaison with external IT providers to ensure BL3 remains up to date with technology.

About You

To be successful for this role you will:

• Ideally be an IT Graduate or Undergraduate.

• Relevant experience to suite the role.

• Enjoy working with people and providing IT/technical support.

• Good understanding of common platforms e.g. Windows, Linux etc.

• Be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable documenting processes.

• Have an interest in automation, systems, and process improvement.

• Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
