Bartender & Waitstaff – Immediate Start | Multiple Locations | Third Wave BBQ

Third Wave BBQ is one of Melbourne’s leading American BBQ restaurants, known for smoked meats, great cocktails, and a fun, fast-paced atmosphere.

We are currently looking for bartenders and waitstaff to join our team. Multiple venues available. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, love hospitality, and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Immediate start available for the right candidates.

• Moorabbin – directly opposite the train station, very easy access

• Albert Park – opposite a tram stop

• Hawthorn – opposite a tram stop. Wait staff positions only.

Bartender:

• Prepare cocktails, beers and other beverages efficiently

• Recommend drinks that pair well with our BBQ menu

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

• Ensure responsible service of alcohol
  

Waitstaff

• Welcome guests and guide them through the menu

• Take food and drink orders accurately

• Deliver food and drinks promptly

• Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest experience

Shared Responsibilities

• Process orders and payments using our POS system

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the venue

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts

• RSA certificate required

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys busy services, interacting with customers, and working as part of a strong team.
