This is an exciting opportunity to act as a Manager in charge and join our team of external auditors within our Financial Services group, based in Sydney. Our team is growing thanks to the purposeful and impactful outcomes we deliver to our clients - that's why we need you!

What will your typical day look like?

As part of our team of experts, you'll be responsible for delivering engagements for a wide range of clients predominantly across banking, wealth management or insurance while providing coaching and training to juniors. Your leadership skills will set team direction and add value to our clients as you demonstrate your expertise in auditing principles, practices, and standards. There's no doubt this role will enhance your audit career through continuous exposure to complex accounting issues and business environments. We pride ourselves on delivering more than traditional audit services, so you'll be actively involved in innovation and development, promoting efficient operations, and working with directors and partners to apply our methodology.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:

5 years' experience in external audit, including managerial experience Financial Services audit industry exposure CA qualification (or equivalent) A bachelor's degree or above in accounting, commerce, or a related field Professional services experience gained in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm (preferable) Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and multitasking skills
