Commercial Property Manager

Coutts, one of Sydney's largest and most progressive commercial, industrial, and retail property groups, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Wetherill Park office. With offices across Blacktown, Blue Mountains, Chatswood, North Sydney, Norwest, Penrith, Macarthur and Wetherill Park, this is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team that prides itself on providing highly professional and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:· Lease preparation, negotiation of new leases, market reviews, and options· Arrears collection, rent reviews, and outgoings reconciliations· Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections· Managing repairs, maintenance, and renovations/make-goods· Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships· Advising clients on value-add property investment strategies· Managing and administering an existing portfolio of commercial properties· Supporting the team in negotiating new leases, market reviews, and options· Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
Qualifications and Skills:· Real Estate Certificate or License (mandatory)· Experience in residential or commercial property management· Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)· Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team· Experience with Re-Leased preferred but not essential· Valid driver’s license and own motor vehicle required· A satisfactory police check will be required for the successful candidate
