Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide therapy services to children aged 1–15 years across home, community, and group settings throughout Melbourne Metro. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working within the community, values flexibility, and is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals through engaging and play-based approaches.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering speech and language therapy for children with developmental delays and autism Conducting assessments to identify children’s strengths and support needs
Developing therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals Supporting families with practical communication strategies Collaborating with internal and external multidisciplinary teams
Writing progress reports and therapy notes Facilitating group programs and creative therapy sessions where appropriate

Flexible community-based role with varied caseload Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech Pathology Current Speech Pathology Australia membership Working with Children Check
Police Check Current driver’s licence NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid/CPR certification preferred Experience working with children or a strong interest in paediatrics Highly regarded:
Experience working with autism and/or early intervention Interest in play-based or creative therapy approaches Experience facilitating social or communication groups
