Centre Cook

Little Angels Early Learning Centre located in Baulkham Hills is looking for a Centre Cook.

8am - 1pm

Providing meals for up to 88 children per day.

Meals include: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

We are looking for someone who is:

• Happy and friendly

• Has a can-do attitude

• Is punctual and well presented

• Has good communication skills

We are seeking someone who has:

• Knowledge of food safety and auditing

• Experience in a childcare setting is beneficial

• Holds a Certificate in Food Handling, Safety and Nutrition

• Holds a current Working with Children Check

• Has the ability to maintain a clean environment at the highest of standards

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving meals

• End of meal time clean up (bowls/plates, utensils, serving trays, trolley etc)

• Following a four week rotating menu

• Following alongside children’s allergy and dietary requirements

• Responsible to complete daily checklists/audits

• Keeping the area clean and tidy throughout the day
